The Langtang Valley trek offers a captivating experience with sublime mountain views, diverse flora and fauna, and serene landscapes. Boasting over 1,000 plant species, 150 bird varieties, and various mammals, this trek caters to both seasoned and novice trekkers, providing a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

Located north of Kathmandu, Langtang Valley is part of the first Himalayan national park, covering 1,710 sq. km. Legend has it that the valley was discovered while searching for a lost yak, aptly named Langtang, where “Lang” means yak and “tang” means follow in Tibetan.

The trek offers stunning views of peaks exceeding 7,000m, including Langtang Lirung (7,200m) and Ganesh Himal (7,600m), as well as the snow-capped Tserko Ri (5033m), Kyanjin RI, Ganchhenpo (6388m), Dorje Lakpa (6990m), and Laure Binayak pass (4,609m).

The Langtang Valley trek encompasses natural and cultural wonders, from rhododendron, bamboo, and pine forests to swift mountain streams, rugged rocks, and snow-capped peaks. The journey also includes encounters with wild primulas, majestic waterfalls, and soothing hot springs.
